Application deadline for Mates in Mind 2019 Impact Awards

The deadline for applications to the 2019 Impact Awards closes Friday 25 January. What are the Impact Awards? The Impact Awards celebrate our Supporter's efforts to improve mental health and wellbeing. They aim to identify and recognise employers’ good practice in mental health and wellbeing, gathering examples that can be shared with others. The Awards highlight the range of approaches that employers can take to bring about improved awareness and understanding of mental health and wellbeing across their workforces, regardless of the size of their organisation. 2019 Award categories The Impact Awards will recognise ‘Winners’ as well as ‘Highly Commended’ applicants, with employer categories including: larger organisations (greater than 250 employees) and SMEs (less than 250 employees). This year, the scheme is also offering Supporters the opportunity to nominate a colleague for its new Mates in Mind Individual Champion Award. This will be awarded to an individual who has exhibited an exceptional personal commitment to improving mental health and wellbeing within their organisation. All applications submitted will be evaluated by an independent adjudication panel, with entries open exclusively to our Supporters free of charge. Winners will be announced on Friday 5 April 2019 at the British Safety Council's annual International Safety Awards Gala Dinner held at the Grosvenor House Hotel, London. How to apply Apply now by completing four short questions on the application form and submitting it, alongside any supporting materials, to awards@matesinmind.org Please note that any nominations for an Individual Champions award can be submitted as part of your organisations overall application. Alternatively, applications can be submitted for our Individual Champions nomination alone.
